Job Requirements

  • Experience in hotel or short-term rental operations
  • proven market or property management experience with autonomous decision-making
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • effective prioritization under pressure
  • adaptability to ambiguous and dynamic business conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality
  • demonstrated experience managing a market, property, or operation with autonomy
  • strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through
  • ability to prioritize and triage multiple urgent tasks
  • comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Manage reservation processes across direct and online travel agency channels including Landing, Airbnb, and Booking.com
  • oversee the complete member experience from booking to checkout including handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations
  • maintain strong partnerships with property owners and housekeeping vendors
  • monitor and report on market performance metrics such as NPS, customer satisfaction, cleaning quality, and growth
  • coordinate reservation logistics and escalate maintenance issues to property management
  • onboard, install, and launch new properties within the designated market segment
