Job Requirements
- Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or similar hospitality management field
- proven ability to manage autonomous market or property operations
- strong organizational and follow-up skills
- ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple urgent tasks
- adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous growth-stage company environment
- availability for core business hours Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm with additional required availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality operations
- proven track record managing a market, property, or operations with significant autonomy
- strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on multiple tasks
- ability to prioritize and triage urgent issues effectively
- comfort working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- proficiency with reservation and property management platforms
Job Duties
- Manage reservation bookings across Landing's platform and third-party OTAs like Airbnb and Booking.com
- oversee the complete member experience from booking to checkout including handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations
- maintain strong relationships with property and housekeeping partners
- track and report market key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), cleaning quality, and market growth
- coordinate reservation details and escalate maintenance issues with property management teams
- lead onboarding, installation, and launch processes for new properties within the assigned market segment
