Job Requirements

  • Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or high-volume hospitality
  • Experience managing a market or property operation with autonomy
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to triage and prioritize urgent tasks
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work core business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm plus evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Valid driver’s license to manage market segments and property visits

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or vacation rental portfolio management
  • Proven ability to independently run a market segment or property operation
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through on resolving tickets and issues
  • Ability to prioritize and triage multiple urgent tasks effectively
  • Comfort in working within a fast-growing and dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Manage reservation channels including Landing bookings and third-party OTAs like Airbnb and Booking.com
  • Oversee member experience from booking to checkout including handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and housekeeping vendors
  • Monitor and report on market performance indicators such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
  • Coordinate reservation logistics and maintenance issues with property management teams
  • Lead onboarding, installation, and launching of new properties in the Cleveland market segment
