Job Requirements
- Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality
- Experience managing a market or property with a high level of autonomy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Availability to work core business hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality operations
- Proven ability to run a market, property, or operational segment with real autonomy
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to prioritize and triage under pressure effectively
- Comfort working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Manage reservation processes across direct and OTA channels including Landing's platform, Airbnb, and Booking.com
- Oversee member experience from booking through checkout including handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations
- Maintain and build relationships with property and housekeeping partners
- Monitor and achieve market KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
- Coordinate reservation and maintenance escalations with property management teams
- Oversee onboarding, installation, and launch of new properties in the market segment
