The role offered is a market segment ownership position within the Murfreesboro, TN market. This critical position involves comprehensive management of a segment of Landing’s properties, including the oversight of member experience, coordination with property relationships, housekeeping vendors, and maintenance teams, as well as ensuring high unit quality. Candidates will handle reservations made through Landing's proprietary platform alongside online travel agency partners such as Airbnb and Booking.com. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with property partners and resolving member issues efficiently across multiple communication channels. Reporting on market performance to the Hub Manager is also essential.

This role is tailored for professionals with hospitality experience, particularly those who have worked in hotel operations, short-term rental portfolios, or high-volume hospitality environments. Unlike managing a single property, this role empowers the individual to own and drive the entire market segment’s success. Candidates must be comfortable operating in fast-paced settings where priorities can shift quickly, and decision-making often occurs with incomplete information. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences while simultaneously developing and utilizing operational systems for market success. Job Requirements

  • Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality
  • Experience managing a market or property with a high level of autonomy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Availability to work core business hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality operations
  • Proven ability to run a market, property, or operational segment with real autonomy
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to prioritize and triage under pressure effectively
  • Comfort working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Manage reservation processes across direct and OTA channels including Landing's platform, Airbnb, and Booking.com
  • Oversee member experience from booking through checkout including handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations
  • Maintain and build relationships with property and housekeeping partners
  • Monitor and achieve market KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
  • Coordinate reservation and maintenance escalations with property management teams
  • Oversee onboarding, installation, and launch of new properties in the market segment
