Job Requirements
- Prior general management experience in a focused, full-service, or boutique hotel environment
- Ability to hire, train, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee retention
- Some food and beverage background is preferred but not required
- Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
- Proven ability to create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget
- Command of P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
- Knowledge and experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications

- Strong skills in budget management and financial forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of hospitality operations including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Passion for hospitality and enhancing guest experiences
Job Duties
- Lead with purpose by implementing innovative strategies that enhance the property’s vision and market position
- Drive performance by prioritizing revenue growth and financial success while ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Build a winning team by recruiting, training, and inspiring a dedicated team committed to excellence and high employee retention
- Manage budgets by creating and executing the hotel’s annual operating budget while excelling in P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
- Oversee all hotel disciplines including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Participate actively in strategic marketing and sales efforts
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and maintain high customer service quality
