  • Some food and beverage background is preferred but not required
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
  • Proven ability to create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget
  • Command of P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
  • Knowledge and experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
