Currently, Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for the Hyatt Centric Sacramento, a stylish and vibrant hotel located in the heart of California's capital. The Hyatt Centric Sacramento offers a dynamic dining scene that appeals to both locals and travelers, with an emphasis on fresh, innovative cuisine and exceptional guest service. The Food & Beverage Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding experiences from the moment they enter the dining areas. This role is full-time and involves managing all aspects of food and beverage service, including staff scheduling, payroll management, inventory control, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will bring over five years of hospitality experience, specifically in food and beverage management.
