Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience related to the specific role preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Physical stamina to stand and perform duties for extended periods
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in upscale events, hotels, private clubs, or premium VIP service for servers
- Strong understanding of formal service expectations and guest etiquette
- Six months of line or prep cook or banquet cook experience for line/prep cooks and concession workers
- Prior bartending experience in high-end events, private clubs, or major venues for bartenders
- Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus but not required for dishwashers
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay composed and detail-oriented in high-pressure environments
