This role operates within the hospitality and travel sectors, covering hotels, cruises, loyalty programs, booking platforms, and food service operations. The primary objective is to drive the successful execution of complex, high-impact initiatives. The Initiative Lead is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals related to digital commerce transformation, guest experience enhancement, and modernization of property and onboard technologies.
The Managing Project Manager will oversee projects that unify digital and physical guest interactions, including booking engines, mobile applications, loyalty platforms, property and shipboard systems, and partner channels. This ensures the creation of seamless, revenue-generating guest journeys aligned with business strategies. Compensation for this role ranges between $98,497 and $281,842 depending on location, experience, and other factors. Capgemini offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance programs.
