- 21 years or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- college degree strongly preferred
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent certification
- 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or luxury service environments
- must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- exceptional poise and presence in intimate and high-volume settings
- proven ability in product edutainment

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and host guests to experiences, bistro and retail sales
- deliver consistently exceptional service with a welcoming demeanor and polished presentation
- support all guests, special events, private tastings, and on-site gatherings with grace and professionalism
- maintain detailed guest records in POS including preferences and follow-ups
- encourage product sales and olive oil club membership through engaging, personalized service
- assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and cleanliness of tasting experience and guest areas
- promote future brand experiences, bistro visits, online engagement, and reservations
- support inventory tracking and merchandising as needed
- perform other additional tasks and support as requested
