The role offered by citizenM is far from traditional hotel jobs. This position breaks the mold by combining multiple responsibilities into one exciting role where you are not confined to being just a receptionist or food and beverage attendant. Instead, the candidate will become a versatile ambassador for citizenM, engaged in a variety of functions such as customer service, concierge duties, barista and mixologist tasks, logistics, and general hospitality support. This job invites you to blend guest interaction with practical support tasks, embracing a multidisciplinary approach in a lively hotel setting. You will be the warm and welcoming face guests encounter upon entering, guiding them through the innovative self-check-in process without a reception desk, and assisting with their stay to ensure satisfaction.
The responsibilities extend to preparing and serving meals and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces, managing reservations using property management systems, and even aiding in the preparation of meeting rooms. This role not only requires practical capabilities such as food handling, cooking, and cleaning but also a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will naturally create a positive, optimistic atmosphere, exemplifying empathy towards both guests and fellow team members while striving to continuously improve and innovate processes.
Shifts are divided into morning and evening schedules with weekend availability required, ensuring flexible and comprehensive coverage of the hotel’s operations. - availability to work morning and evening shifts including weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- Welcoming guests warmly as they arrive
- assisting guests with self check-in kiosks
- preparing and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals
- performing kitchen duties including dishwashing, cleaning, food handling, and cooking
- brewing coffee and mixing cocktails
- providing concierge services by recommending local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- maintaining cleanliness of living room and canteen areas and arranging food displays for subsequent shifts
