The role of Hospitality Coordinator at Constellation Brands specifically focuses on the High West Whiskey brand, which embodies the mission to craft delicious whiskey, share a love for whiskey with customers, and celebrate the Western heritage. The Hospitality Coordinator directly reports to the Events Manager and plays a vital role in managing and facilitating hospitality visit requests from employees, industry VIPs, and other important guests. This position works closely with the High West Event Sales team to coordinate group visits and events designed to provide exceptional guest experiences that highlight the best of the High West brand.

The Hospitality Coordinator’s responsibilities encompass managing incoming hospitality inquiries, ensuring timely and clear communication with clients, maintaining reports related to visits, and coordinating with venue staff at various locations. This individual supports sales and marketing efforts, assists with VIP and media reservations, and works on increasing revenue through event bookings and special promotions. Effective event coordination involves managing banquet event orders (BEOs), liaising with venue management for logistics and billing, and ensuring that all guest needs and specialty requests are met. Additionally, the Hospitality Coordinator is involved in promotional events and operational meetings to enhance cross-functional communication and event efficiency.

This role is full-time, based primarily in Wanship, Utah, with additional locations in Park City and Salt Lake City, Utah. It offers a salary range of $21.62 to $30.47 per hour, reflecting various factors such as geographic location, qualifications, experience, and performance.
