Job Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Available to work outside of a normal work week including weekends
- Able and willing to work outside in any weather conditions
- Ability to work more than 40 hours during guest group season
- To be a practicing Christian who seeks to follow Christ in daily living and interactions
- To have a positive attitude toward Catholic Church teachings
- To exemplify helpfulness to staff, volunteers, campers, parents, and groups
- Willingness to assist in camp operations as assigned
- Joyfully give 100 percent effort understanding job seasonality and demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Calm, solution-oriented problem solver with sound judgment
Job Qualifications
- Practicing Christian with a positive attitude toward the Catholic Church and her teachings
- Genuine heart for serving others and creating a welcoming environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with parishes and groups
- Initiative in outreach, follow-up, marketing, and group development
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of guest experience and hospitality by serving as the primary host and point of contact
- Prepare for and support guest stays by fostering a welcoming and faith-centered environment
- Oversee the booking process including managing inquiries, scheduling, contracts, and communications
- Promote Annunciation Heights and Camp St. Malo through outreach and marketing efforts to increase guest group usage
- Develop strategic communications and initiatives to cultivate new leads and support growth
- Support team needs across mission areas as needed
- Take on additional responsibilities aligned with individual strengths and experience
