This particular role focuses on managing the complex technological systems that underpin successful hotel distribution and reservations. The position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who will manage configuration, maintenance, and optimization of hotel distribution systems. The successful candidate will support critical platforms including the Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS), loyalty programs, and third-party partner extranets to ensure consistent accuracy across all channels. This is a technical role essential for maintaining operational efficiency and maximizing revenue by carefully synchronizing data such as rates, availability, content, and hotel policies across integrated systems.

The role demands someone experienced with hospitality systems such as OPERA, SynXis, or similar platforms, capable of troubleshooting complex issues and acting as a key liaison between various internal teams and external distribution partners. The candidate must be proactive in quality assurance, ensuring that all room types and rates are displayed correctly and that connectivity issues are resolved promptly to minimize disruptions. Furthermore, the position supports onboarding of new properties and partners, helping the company expand and maintain its high standards of data integrity and system performance. Job Requirements

  • Available to work onsite at Waikiki office on a full-time basis
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience with hotel distribution systems or property management systems
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working within hospitality systems such as OPERA, SynXis, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of hotel distribution systems and channel management
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance capabilities
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data integration
  • Experience working in a hospitality environment or related field is preferred

Job Duties

  • Configure and maintain rates, inventory, room types, policies, and content across distribution systems including PMS, CRS, loyalty platforms, and OTA extranets
  • Ensure proper rate mapping and availability across platforms such as SynXis, TravelClick, GDS, Expedia Partner Central, and Booking.com
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate system connectivity and data flow
  • Troubleshoot issues related to rate loading, availability discrepancies, failed reservations, and content errors, escalating to system vendors as needed
  • Perform quality assurance checks across all channels to ensure rates and room types are being properly distributed and presented
  • Assist in onboarding new properties and partners by setting up connectivity, configuring rate plans, and ensuring data synchronization across systems
  • Support integrations with business intelligence tools to ensure clean, accurate data for reporting
