With properties across continents, Four Seasons has established itself as an industry leader in the hotel and resort sector, consistently ranking among the world’s best hotels and employers. The brand embodies a philosophy centered on respect, excellence, and care, creating unique experiences that resonate deeply with guests and foster a loyal clientele. Its presence in some of the most desirable destinations worldwide makes it a prestigious employer for hospitality professionals dedicated to delivering world-class service.

The upcoming Four Seasons Resort located on Florida’s Gulf Coast offers a rare and exciting opportunity to prospective candidates to join its pre-opening team. This unique coastal destination is designed to blend the timeless luxury synonymous with Four Seasons with the vibrant soul of Southwest Florida, promising guests an unparalleled luxury resort experience. As a brand-new property, the resort aims to set new standards in guest service and operational excellence from day one.

The role of Hospitality Concierge of Rooms at this new resort is pivotal in shaping and upholding the guest experience. The successful candidate will oversee the entire Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services, ensuring seamless operations and fostering an environment that exceeds guest expectations consistently. They will be responsible for ensuring that every guest touchpoint aligns with the stringent quality benchmarks for which Four Seasons is renowned. Collaboration with other key departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Reservations is essential to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities, making this role instrumental in the resort’s financial and operational success.

Beyond managing daily operations, the individual will play a critical role in human resource functions, including interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members. Their leadership will nurture a positive, inclusive work culture where every team member feels valued and motivated to deliver their best. Performance monitoring, shift scheduling, and conducting departmental inspections will ensure operational efficiency and maintain service excellence.

In addition to operational duties, this role includes addressing high-priority guest concerns, facilitating special requests, and managing VIP arrivals with a proactive and personalized approach. Financial acumen is also necessary, as the Concierge of Rooms will analyze labor and supply costs and assist in the preparation of annual budgets, contributing to the resort’s robust financial health.

This position demands flexibility, with the requirement to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, often acting as the senior leader on duty during off-hours. This dynamic role offers a rare chance to contribute to the launch and long-term success of a flagship Four Seasons property in a prime, exclusive location, making it a highly desirable career opportunity within the luxury hospitality industry.
