Job Description

Four Seasons is a globally renowned luxury hospitality company celebrated for its exceptional service, elegant accommodations, and commitment to excellence. With a portfolio of prestigious hotels and resorts around the world, Four Seasons sets the standard for luxury hospitality by blending personalized guest experiences with a rich culture of respect, inclusion, and innovation. The brand prides itself on fostering a work environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and the continuous development of its employees, making it a sought-after employer within the hospitality industry. This new Four Seasons Resort located on the stunning Southwest Florida Gulf Coast represents a unique opportunity to be part of a flagship destination that marries timeless Four Seasons sophistication with the vibrant spirit and soul of its coastal surroundings.

As the Hospitality Concierge of Rooms at this exciting new resort, you will hold a pivotal leadership role within the Rooms Division, overseeing the critical departments of Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services. This pre-opening position not only offers the chance to contribute to the launch of a premier resort but also to shape and maintain the high service standards synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to optimize occupancy and revenue strategies, all while nurturing an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace for your teams.

This role demands a proactive and hands-on leader who excels in operational planning, team development, and guest relations. In the absence of the Department Head, you will act as the Director of Rooms, demonstrating the ability to swiftly resolve guest and team issues, manage labor and supply costs, and conduct thorough property inspections, all to uphold superior performance standards. Your involvement in recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff will ensure the cultivation of talent capable of delivering the unparalleled service expected at a Four Seasons property. Working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to maintaining the impeccable standards of service and operational efficiency at this premier destination.

With a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives, this role is ideal for a seasoned hotel professional seeking to leverage their expertise in a luxury hospitality setting. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision insurance effective within the first 30 days, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation and holidays from day one, and complimentary stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide. Additional perks such as subsidized meals, mental wellness support, tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities reinforce Four Seasons’ commitment to the holistic well-being and career growth of their team members. A culture deeply rooted in diversity, respect, and inclusion invites passionate individuals to bring their unique perspectives as part of this pre-opening team at one of Florida's most exclusive resorts.
