With a portfolio of prestigious properties worldwide, Four Seasons has established itself as a leader in the luxury hotel industry by blending timeless elegance with world-class amenities and personalized service. The company prides itself on fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and professionalism among its diverse team members, ensuring not just an outstanding guest experience but also a rewarding and supportive work environment.
The Four Seasons Resort at this unique coastal destination in Southwest Florida is a new addition to their prestigious collection of resorts. This property harmoniously marries the classic luxury and service standards synonymous with Four Seasons with the vibrant soul and natural beauty of the Gulf Coast region. As a new resort, it presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team that will set the tone for excellence and innovation for years to come.
We are currently seeking a Hospitality Concierge of Rooms to join this pioneering team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the vital operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services. Your primary mission will be to ensure that every guest interaction is flawless and embodies the Four Seasons promise of delivering extraordinary experiences. You will act as the Director of Rooms when the department head is absent, bringing strong operational oversight and a hands-on approach to day-to-day activities.
As the Hospitality Concierge of Rooms, you'll play an integral part in the pre-opening phases by helping to establish service standards, operational systems, and team development initiatives that align with Four Seasons’ renowned hospitality culture. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue, while maintaining open communication channels across departments to meet and exceed guest expectations.
This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality leadership, ideally within a Four Seasons environment or other five-star resorts. Your expertise in overseeing diverse teams, managing high-pressure situations, and delivering impeccable guest service will be critical to the resort's successful launch and ongoing success. Flexibility in work hours is also necessary, as you will provide senior leadership during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure seamless and safe operations.
Joining Four Seasons means becoming part of a global family dedicated to excellence, mutual respect, and continuous development. Beyond a competitive salary and performance incentives, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, wellbeing, and professional growth. From medical and dental insurance to complimentary stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide, you will enjoy numerous perks that enhance your work-life balance and career trajectory.
Being part of this pre-opening team is a rare and rewarding professional opportunity to lead the launch of a flagship resort in an exclusive location. If you are passionate about setting new standards in luxury hospitality and eager to contribute to a culture where every detail matters, we invite you to join us at Four Seasons and help shape an extraordinary guest experience.
