Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant management is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit a variety of personalities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and A/V equipment is a bonus
- Experience in reception, administrative, or facilities support is a plus
- Knowledge of corporate etiquette and professional presentation standards
Job Duties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence
- Proactively resolve client issues and implement service improvements
- Lead daily operations and support your team in achieving service goals and KPIs
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and participate in leadership meetings
- Ensure the site remains presentable, organized, and "tour-ready" at all times
- Prepare weekly service and performance reports
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements
- Support cost-saving initiatives and service enhancements
- Assist with administrative functions such as data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling
