  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse personalities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Comfortable being on your feet and walking throughout the day

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant management is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit a variety of personalities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and A/V equipment is a bonus
  • Experience in reception, administrative, or facilities support is a plus
  • Knowledge of corporate etiquette and professional presentation standards

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence
  • Proactively resolve client issues and implement service improvements
  • Lead daily operations and support your team in achieving service goals and KPIs
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and participate in leadership meetings
  • Ensure the site remains presentable, organized, and "tour-ready" at all times
  • Prepare weekly service and performance reports
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and service enhancements
  • Assist with administrative functions such as data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling
