Job Description

Foley Family Wines & Spirits is a distinguished producer of fine wines with a rich history that dates back to 1996, when Bill and Carol Foley purchased 1,000 acres in the then relatively unknown Sta. Rita Hills region of Santa Barbara County. Their vision was clear—to craft hand-crafted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that reflected the best qualities of California's Central Coast. This passion led to the birth of Lincourt Vineyards, named after their two daughters Lindsey and Courtney, marking the beginning of what would become Foley Family Wines & Spirits. Over the past 25 years, Foley Family Wines & Spirits has expanded impressively, growing into one of the world's largest producers of fine wine. The company boasts an impressive portfolio including some of the industry’s most valuable wineries located in renowned wine regions such as Napa, Sonoma, the Pacific Northwest, and New Zealand. Their portfolio includes celebrated brands like Chalk Hill Estate, Chalone, Ferrari-Carano, and Sebastiani, each known for their quality and distinctiveness in the wine world.

This opportunity is for a Temporary Hospitality Center Support role within Foley Family Wines & Spirits, offering a unique chance to work in a vibrant, guest-facing environment at one of the industry's leaders. As a member of the hospitality team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that each guest receives a memorable, exceptional experience. This role requires impeccable communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong customer service mindset to support the tasting room staff in delivering an elevated wine tasting experience. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests warmly, delivering small bites, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the service areas, and assisting with various operational tasks such as dishwashing, restocking supplies, and supporting special hospitality events.

Foley Family Wines & Spirits embraces a culture defined by core values including teamwork, commitment, quality, integrity, safety, entrepreneurship, and fun. These values are integral to building an inclusive and dynamic workplace where employees are motivated to perform their best and grow professionally. The role offers an excellent entry point into the wine industry for someone enthusiastic and skilled in hospitality. The position is paid at $21.00 per hour, making it both a rewarding and enriching opportunity for individuals seeking temporary employment with a reputable and growing wine producer in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
