Job Duties

Greet guests and help them place orders using self-service kiosks
Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies and managing customer issues
Promote and assist guests with downloading and using the KFC App
Double-check digital orders for accuracy before handing them to guests
Prepare and organize condiments for dine-in and digital orders
Maintain clean restrooms and complete shift checklists
Keep the lobby spotless and welcoming at all times
Manage trays - only one tray should remain in the lobby at a time
Support your teammates, assist delivery drivers and guests with pick-up orders
Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
Encourage guests to leave Google Reviews using the restaurant's QR code
