Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills, management, leadership and organizational skills
  • Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs from one area to another)
  • Attendance and punctuality a must
  • Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers
  • Basic math skills
  • Complete training certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and help them place orders using self-service kiosks
  • Interaction with customers including receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues
  • Promote and assist guests with downloading and using the KFC App
  • Double-check digital orders for accuracy before handing them to guests
  • Prepare and organize condiments for dine-in and digital orders
  • Maintain clean restrooms and complete shift checklists
  • Keep the lobby spotless and welcoming at all times
  • Manage trays to ensure only one remains in the lobby at a time
  • Support teammates and assist delivery drivers and guests with pick-up orders
  • Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
  • Encourage guests to leave Google Reviews using the restaurant's QR code
