Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation

- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another)

Job Duties
- Greet guests and help them place orders using self-service kiosks
- Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies and managing customer issues
- Promote and assist guests with downloading and using the KFC App
- Double-check digital orders for accuracy before handing them to guests
- Prepare and organize condiments for dine-in and digital orders
- Maintain clean restrooms and complete shift checklists
- Keep the lobby spotless and welcoming at all times
- Manage trays - only one tray should remain in the lobby at a time
- Support your teammates, assist delivery drivers and guests with pick-up orders
- Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Encourage guests to leave Google Reviews using the restaurant's QR code
