Job Description

We are a vibrant hospitality company dedicated to creating warm welcomes and memorable stays for every guest. Our team prides itself on delivering exceptional service in a fun, upbeat atmosphere that reflects the true spirit of California hospitality. We operate a dynamic environment where every interaction matters, and every team member plays a vital role in ensuring guests have a seamless and delightful experience. Our establishment is known for its commitment to high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction, all while maintaining a positive and engaging work culture.

As a Hospitality Attendant, you will be the heart and soul of the guest experience. This role goes beyond traditional service; it is about creating lasting impressions from the moment guests arrive until their departure. You will be responsible for greeting guests with a smile, maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of breakfast or social hour areas, and delivering personalized service that makes every visitor feel valued and important. In this position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and team spirit. Your day-to-day activities will include setting up food and beverage stations, ensuring all food meets proper presentation and safety standards, clearing tables promptly, and responding to guest requests with kindness and efficiency.

We place a strong emphasis on California regulatory requirements, including strict adherence to sanitation procedures in line with CAL/OSHA standards. You will be expected to handle food safely, maintain sanitized service areas, and ensure compliance with all local health regulations. Physical fitness is key in this role as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, frequently using your hands, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs. Our hours can vary week to week, sometimes under or exceeding 40 hours, depending on occupancy and events. Communication skills are crucial, as you must be able to understand and convey safety procedures clearly, with training materials offered in multiple languages to support language access and ensure all safety protocols are understood and followed.

This role is perfect for individuals who bring a friendly, upbeat attitude and a guest-first mindset. While previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is a plus, we welcome newcomers who are eager to learn and grow. If you are passionate about creating joyful moments and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the position for you. Join us and become part of a company that values your contributions and offers a supportive atmosphere where you can thrive and make a difference every day.
