Job Description
Experience by Industrious is a workplace hospitality brand launched by CBRE, one of the largest commercial real estate services and investment firms in the world. CBRE, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company with over 140,000 employees serving clients in more than 100 countries. Experience by Industrious combines CBRE’s real estate scale with Industrious’ operating model to manage dedicated experience teams across various office assets, enterprise headquarters, healthcare facilities, and logistics centers worldwide. The brand focuses on creating workplace environments where employees and visitors feel welcomed, empowered, and delighted, transforming where people work into spaces that truly feel inviting and worth showing up to.
About the role: The Hospitality Associate position is essential in maintaining the seamless operation of amenity spaces and event management within CBRE’s Experience by Industrious portfolio. This role supports the Hospitality and Amenities team in managing day-to-day operations related to conferencing centers, community events, tenant and vendor relationships, supplies inventory, and tenant communications. Working closely with the Events Manager and Community Manager, the Hospitality Associate enables smooth execution of meetings, events, and overall tenant engagement.
This role is dynamic and multi-faceted, requiring expertise in daily building operations, amenity spaces, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with tenants, especially office managers and executive assistants, to uphold exceptional hospitality standards and ensure tenant satisfaction. The Hospitality Associate will also collaborate with third-party hospitality vendors to guarantee high-quality service.
Winning in this role means greeting tenants and guests warmly and consistently, managing event setup and logistics flawlessly, maintaining amenity spaces in pristine condition, and earning the trust of managers to work independently. The candidate should be proactive in noticing what needs attention before being asked, whether it’s restocking supplies, resetting rooms, or assisting new tenants. The role involves a blend of desk duties, event support, and space management, demanding adaptability and a genuine interest in people.
This position requires in-office work five days a week with variable hours depending on conference and event schedules. The compensation ranges from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour, and successful candidates may receive a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 401k, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance.
Working at CBRE means joining a collaborative culture rooted in respect, integrity, service, and excellence, with a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
