The Hospitality & Member Experience Manager role at 111 Motorclub is a multifaceted leadership position designed for a hospitality-driven professional who thrives in a luxury setting. This role goes beyond traditional bartending, combining elevated service with member relations, event execution, inventory management, operational oversight, and business development. You will assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of various club events, including automotive gatherings, private dinners, brand activations, and social events. Collaborating with vendors, sponsors, and partners ensures seamless event delivery while identifying opportunities to enhance events and increase member participation.
Operationally, you will oversee beverage inventory, ordering, and stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimizing costs to improve efficiency while reducing waste. Managing daily operational systems, including Toast POS software and related technology, falls under your purview to ensure operational readiness and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Business development is also part of this dynamic role where you will identify opportunities to enhance member engagement and club revenue by developing partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential offerings. Supporting marketing initiatives and introducing creative ideas will help expand the club's brand presence and elevate the overall member experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Proficient with technology including POS systems
- Must be proactive and self-motivated
- Passion for automotive culture and luxury hospitality preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending and hospitality experience required
- Experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, automotive lifestyle, or event environments preferred
- Experience with Toast POS systems or similar hospitality software preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed
