The Hospitality Aide will play a key role in enhancing the overall resident experience by courteously escorting residents to and from appointments and designated transportation areas, coordinating with nursing and administrative staff to ensure appointments run smoothly, and providing outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors alike.
This role is strictly non-patient care focused, emphasizing transportation assistance within the facility and maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere. The successful candidate will be expected to aid with various non-clinical tasks, including delivering items, organizing supplies, and supporting front desk operations when needed. Job Duties
- escort residents safely to and from appointments and designated transportation pick-up areas
- coordinate with nursing and administrative staff regarding scheduled appointments and resident readiness
- provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors
- assist with wayfinding and general inquiries throughout the facility
- ensure residents arrive on time for appointments and activities
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas
