The Hospitality Aide role is vital within the organization's care framework, designed to enhance the daily living experience of residents by providing essential non-clinical support. This position involves assisting nursing services with tasks such as bed-making, passing water and ice, and responding to call lights, ensuring that residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bed-making, delivering meals, and cleaning
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Must be dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Support nursing services with non-clinical tasks like bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies
- Assist with meals by preparing, delivering, and cleaning up following dietary guidelines and safety standards
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs to support a positive living environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas to ensure safety
- Provide laundry assistance to residents as needed
- Follow patient bill of rights, employee responsibilities, and all safety policies and procedures
- Observe and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention
- Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations as needed
