Job Qualifications

Job Duties

support nursing services with non-clinical tasks including bed-making passing water and ice answering call lights and gathering supplies
assist with meals by preparing delivering and cleaning up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards
encourage resident participation in activities and social programs
maintain cleanliness by keeping resident rooms and common areas clean organized and safe
provide laundry assistance as needed
follow safety and compliance standards including patient bill of rights employee responsibilities and company policies
observe and report concerns safety issues or conditions requiring management or nursing attention
perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations
