We are currently seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aide to join our team. This full-time role is vital in supporting the nursing services and ensuring that residents receive compassionate non-clinical care while maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming environment. As a Hospitality Aide, you will play an essential role in assisting with daily resident needs, including meal preparation and delivery, laundry assistance, and maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas. Your ability to multitask effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting will be key to your success. This position also emphasizes safety, compliance with company policies, and proactive reporting of any concerns or issues.
The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and genuine care for the well-being of residents. You will support the nursing department by handling non-clinical duties such as bed-making, passing water and ice, and responding promptly to call lights. Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social programs is another important aspect, helping to foster a positive and engaging living environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately document information and follow care procedures
- Effective communication skills including patience and professionalism
- Dependable and organized work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate approach to resident care
- Previous experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Support nursing services including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies
- Assist with meals by preparing, delivering, and cleaning up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards
- Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
- Provide laundry assistance to residents as needed
- Comply with safety and compliance standards including the Patient Bill of Rights and company policies
- Observe and report concerns or safety issues promptly
- Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations
