About the Role: The Hospitality Workplace Experience Agent plays a critical frontline role within Latham’s Workplace Experience team. Serving as the primary point of contact for all personnel and guests, this role is essential in fostering a warm, professional, and service-oriented environment. The Workplace Experience Agent anticipates, oversees, and fulfills daily support needs related to work areas and office services, ensuring every interaction and service reflects the firm’s high standards. This position is based in the Global Services Office situated in downtown Los Angeles, requiring an on-site presence Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This role requires someone skilled at building genuine connections with both internal team members and external clients. Duties include greeting and escorting visitors, addressing inquiries, anticipating needs proactively, and delivering customized solutions. The ideal candidate contributes to creating seamless workplace experiences and ensures that the office environment is not only functional but also inviting and efficient. Beyond routine workplace services, the Hospitality Workplace Experience Agent manages client support processes, coordinates with departments to oversee service delivery, and executes quality assurance checks to uphold service excellence. This position combines operational efficiency, customer service expertise, and hands-on project management to deliver an outstanding workplace experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of workplace or related experience
  • Working knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
  • Willingness to complete all tasks and learn new skills
  • Comfort using various technology platforms and applications
  • Ability to work on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately

Job Duties

  • Executing effective processes and strategies for managing client support within the office
  • Collaborating with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Fulfilling ServiceNow tickets
  • Conducting quality assurance checks
  • Coordinating cross-departmental efforts
  • Ensuring workstations and collaboration spaces are presentable and equipped to client specifications
  • Verifying technology functionality and providing first-line technology assistance
  • Utilizing the firm’s Workplace Experience technology tools to enhance client support
  • Identifying, delegating, and addressing uncompleted tasks appropriately
  • Preparing for the day in advance and prioritizing multiple deadlines
  • Performing quality checks on client requests to deliver outstanding support
  • Operating as an on-the-ground project manager
  • Facilitating connections between departments and utilizing firm resources like ServiceNow and MS Teams
  • Assisting with special projects and offsite experiences
  • Adhering to globally standardized service level agreements
  • Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
