We are currently seeking a hospitalist to join our dynamic team to deliver expert inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. This role involves rounding on and admitting patients during assigned shifts, contributing directly to patient outcomes through thorough evaluation and management. The hospitalist will be part of the Rapid Response team, playing a vital role in emergent patient care situations. Although procedures are not required in this position, familiarity with and certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are necessary. The role offers flexible scheduling with swing shifts and a full-time rotation of 7 days on, 7 days off, alongside part-time opportunities and moonlighting options. This flexible schedule supports work-life balance, allowing hospitalists to spend meaningful time with family and pursue personal interests.

Proficiency in using the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is also essential for managing patient information efficiently and accurately.

Compensation for this hospitalist position ranges from $315,000 to $385,000 annually, varying with the number and type of shifts worked.
