The Hospital Medicine Swing Physician position at Providence St. Mary Medical Center offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Apple Valley. This role is designed for versatile physicians interested in working swing shifts from 3 PM to 3 AM, with an average schedule of 16 shifts per month. The position involves working in an open ICU environment without requiring procedures, allowing physicians to focus on clinical decision-making and patient management. Utilizing Epic EMR and Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform facilitates seamless communication and efficient healthcare delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for internal medicine and family medicine board-certified or board-eligible physicians, including new graduates, residents, fellows, and H1B visa candidates. Job Requirements
- Medical degree from accredited institution
- valid California medical license or eligibility to obtain
- board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine
- experience or training in hospital medicine preferred
- ability to work swing shifts including nights
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- eligibility or legal ability to work in the United States

Job Duties
