Hospitalists will be active members of the Rapid Response team, engaged in performance improvement initiatives alongside the hospitalist director, and participate in multidisciplinary hospital committees aimed at improving clinical outcomes such as reducing hospital-acquired infections and managing length of stay and readmissions. Utilization of Epic EMR system is integral to daily operations, supporting effective documentation and coordination of care.
