The Nocturnist Hospital Medicine Physician position at Texas Health Rockwall offers a unique and rewarding opportunity for medical professionals who thrive in overnight shift settings. The position does not involve procedural work but does require readiness to respond to codes and rapid situations, underscoring the importance of decisiveness and a calm demeanor under pressure. As part of the award-winning Texas Health network, the position offers competitive compensation with a base salary of $310,250 annually based on 182.5 shifts per year, coupled with eligibility for performance bonuses and full benefits including CME allowances to support ongoing professional development.
