In this role, Community Medical Centers is seeking full-time or part-time Physician Assistants to join the hospitalist team in a swing shift capacity. This role is designed for compassionate healthcare practitioners who are passionate about delivering patient-centered care within a collaborative hospital environment. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for completing admissions for the hospitalist service, working primarily in inpatient care settings. This opportunity allows new graduates and experienced clinicians to grow professionally while making a substantial impact on patient lives. Working primarily between 12 pm to 12 am or 1 pm to 1 am in a 7 on/7 off shift pattern, this position offers stability along with work-life balance. The job does not require performing procedures, making it focused purely on admissions and clinical management. The role demands proficiency with Epic EMR for maintaining accurate and efficient patient records.
