With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, Sound Physicians supports physician leaders and clinical teams to advance health and wellness throughout the regions they operate in. This particular opportunity is situated at Clovis Community Medical Center in Clovis, California, where the organization is looking to expand its leadership team to continue driving excellence in patient care and operational performance.\n\nThe role of Program Medical Director - Hospitalist Medicine at Clovis Community Medical Center is a vital leadership position that combines clinical practice with strategic and operational oversight. Additionally, healthcare professionals have the opportunity to enjoy abundant outdoor recreational activities, including proximity to Yosemite National Park and the Sierra Nevada region, attractive for those seeking a balanced lifestyle. The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary of $375,000 with various incentive opportunities, supported by a comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, a 401K plan with matching contributions, and an annual CME allowance. This role also supports H1B visa sponsorship with dedicated in-house visa, licensing, and credentialing assistance, making it accessible to a diverse pool of qualified candidates passionate about hospital medicine leadership.
