The role we are offering is that of a Hospital Valet, a crucial position that serves as the first point of contact for guests arriving at our facility. As a Hospital Valet, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by greeting visitors warmly, assisting with parking and vehicle retrieval, providing directions, and anticipating guest needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with diverse communities, including bilingual English and Spanish-speaking guests, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and cultural awareness. Working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule, this full-time role does not require evenings or weekend duties, providing a balanced work-life routine. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Continuous Driver's License experience for at least 3 years
- No suspended or expired licenses within 3 years
- No more than 2 minor moving violations in the last 3 years
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug-related violations in the last 3 years
- Positive teamwork mindset and great communication skills
- Clean-cut appearance
- Must have reliable transportation and capable of passing a driving test
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift
- Tolerance for inclement weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual English-Spanish speakers preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift consistently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
- Assist guests in safely parking and retrieving their vehicles
- Provide accurate directions and information about the facility
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs to ensure an exceptional experience
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
