Job Description

We are thrilled to invite you to join a dedicated team that is committed to enhancing the lives of patients, their families, and fellow team members. Our healthcare organization is recognized for providing exceptional care and service in a welcoming, professional environment. As a leading hospital valet service, we pride ourselves on being the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, providing courteous and efficient service, and taking pride in their work. Hospital valets in our team are responsible for assisting guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles, offering directions within the hospital premises, and anticipating the needs of guests to ensure an outstanding guest experience. This position is full-time, first shift with no evenings or weekends, making it an ideal job for those seeking reliable daytime hours. Compensation is competitive at $21.00 per hour, including tips, providing an excellent opportunity to earn daily cash benefits alongside a solid base wage.

Beyond the immediate responsibilities, this role offers valuable benefits such as paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, and access to a 401(k) plan with company matching, reflecting our commitment to employee well-being and financial security. Our performance bonus program rewards exceptional work, fostering motivation and a positive work culture. Working in this position at a well-established healthcare facility ensures a supportive and fun team environment with opportunities for career advancement in one of the nation's fastest growing healthcare companies. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with two different start time options (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), allowing flexibility to match your lifestyle.

This is a physically engaging role requiring the ability to walk, stand, and run throughout an entire shift, tolerate inclement weather, and handle lifting tasks up to 30 pounds. Valets must be capable of pushing wheelchairs with guests, showcasing both physical strength and compassion in service. A clean, professional appearance and excellent communication skills are essential components for success in this position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years of customer service experience and three years of continuous driving license experience to join a respected healthcare team where their work directly impacts the patient experience positively. Our organization demands a clean driving record with no major or alcohol/drug-related violations, ensuring safety and reliability on the job. Successful candidates will also be required to pass a criminal background check and a driving test.

Join us and become part of a mission-driven organization where your efforts contribute to better patient experiences and provide a solid foundation for your career growth in healthcare-related service roles. If you take pride in hard work, enjoy smiling and engaging warmly with others, and meet our qualifications, we encourage you to apply today for this fulfilling hospital valet position.
