Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- 3 years continuous driver’s license experience
- Clean driving record with no major or alcohol/drug-related violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to pass driving test
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean-cut appearance
- Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8 hour shift
- Tolerance for inclement weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome
- Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles
- Provide accurate directions and information within hospital premises
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure safety and security of guests and vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Push wheelchairs and assist guests with mobility as needed
