Hospital Valets serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving at our facility, setting the tone for an exceptional patient and visitor experience. Beginning each interaction with a warm smile and friendly greeting, Hospital Valets assist guests by parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and efficiently. In addition to these responsibilities, Valets help guide guests with directions and attentively anticipate their needs to deliver personalized assistance. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and interpersonal communication, as Valets create a lasting positive impression on patients and visitors alike.
This position operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, offering an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $19.00, including tips. The employment type suggests a part-time schedule concentrated in the evening hours. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work monday through friday 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- strong customer service skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to interact positively with patients, families, and staff
- willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or valet services preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively under supervision
- reliable and punctual
- good physical condition to handle parking duties
- familiarity with hospital environment is a plus
