Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work monday through friday 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- strong customer service skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to interact positively with patients, families, and staff
- willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or valet services preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively under supervision
- reliable and punctual
- good physical condition to handle parking duties
- familiarity with hospital environment is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- assist guests by parking and retrieving their vehicles safely and efficiently
- provide clear directions and information to visitors
- anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- ensure the security of vehicles and guest belongings
