The Valet position at Cornerstone Parking Group is a crucial role that combines driving skills with exemplary customer service. Valets are expected to be personable and compassionate, ensuring every interaction reflects the company's commitment to professionalism and care. Adherence to Cornerstone’s standards of employee conduct is mandatory for all valets. In addition to driving responsibilities such as safely parking and retrieving vehicles, valets assist customers with opening and closing car doors, provide wheelchairs when needed, and offer directions and information. The role also includes responsibilities such as conducting damage checks on vehicles and maintaining clear traffic and fire lanes. Employees in this position are expected to comply with HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Both full-time and part-time shifts are available for this position, offering flexibility for applicants. The hourly wage is set at $17.25, which reflects the company’s intention to reward employees fairly for their service and commitment. Benefits for full-time employees include access to medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days. In addition, employees accrue paid time off and may participate in a 401(k) plan after six months of employment and working 1000 hours.
