Job Description

Cornerstone Parking Group, Inc. is a fast-expanding, full-service parking management company that specializes in creating operational solutions for complex parking needs. We serve industries such as healthcare, mixed-use developments, and major special events. At the core of our company are our foundational values—integrity, passion, teamwork, and excellence. These principles guide us to become a trusted partner and seamless extension of our clients' operations. Parking management isn't just our business; it is the essence of who we are and what motivates every member of our team.

As a valet with Cornerstone Parking Group, you will play a critical role within our operations, particularly serving the patients and visitors of premier healthcare facilities like Fairview Health Services and M Health patient care centers. This is more than a job about moving vehicles; it is a highly visible customer service position that demands a warm, personable, and compassionate approach. You will represent our brand, interacting directly with customers during their visits, which requires professionalism, exceptional interpersonal skills, and adherence to strict safety and conduct standards. Our valets are vital to the first and last impression patients and guests experience, and we are committed to supporting them through comprehensive training and ongoing advancement opportunities.

The position requires punctuality, responsibility, and a commitment to our standards of conduct. Valets are expected to arrive in proper uniform and provide courteous, prompt assistance that may include everything from opening and closing car doors to offering wheelchairs and providing information or directions as needed. You will follow rigorous damage check procedures to ensure vehicle safety and maintain the proper flow of traffic by keeping drive lanes and fire lanes clear. Because these roles are embedded in healthcare environments, adherence to HIPAA guidelines is mandatory. We offer competitive compensation starting at $17.25 per hour plus tips, with benefits including paid time off accrual, a 401(k) plan, and access to medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees after 60 days. Our workplace culture is rewarding and fun, with dedicated support for your professional growth and advancement. Joining Cornerstone means becoming part of a company that values integrity and teamwork as much as it values exceptional customer service.
