Job Description

Cornerstone Parking Group, Inc. is a dynamic and rapidly expanding full-service parking management company. We specialize in creating tailored operating platforms for intricate parking management challenges across healthcare facilities, mixed-use developments, and major special event venues. Our firm is built on core values of integrity, passion, teamwork, and excellence, values that guide every interaction and service we provide. We are committed to becoming the trusted extension of our clients, ensuring seamless parking experiences and operational excellence. Parking is not just what we do; it reflects who we are and the standard we uphold in every project we undertake.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Valets. This role is more than just parking cars — it is a high-profile customer service position that requires a friendly and compassionate approach. Our valet personnel serve as the first and last point of contact for patients and visitors at Fairview Health Services / M Health patient care facilities. As a Cornerstone Valet, you will embody our commitment to exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Valets must uphold the highest standards of employee conduct and safety, demonstrating expertise in vehicle handling and customer interaction. Beyond basic parking duties, the role involves assisting customers with opening and closing doors, providing wheelchairs to those in need, delivering clear directions, and ensuring smooth traffic flow. Strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines is also essential to maintain patient and visitor privacy.

Our organization values punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude, and our Valet team exemplifies these qualities daily. Employees wear proper uniforms to maintain our professional image and report to shifts on time. Safety and efficiency are paramount; thus, following damage check procedures is mandatory. The position pays $17.25 per hour plus tips and includes several benefits, making it an attractive role for individuals passionate about service and operational excellence. Comprehensive, paid training is provided, and full-time employees become eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days, alongside 401(k) options and PTO accrual.

Joining Cornerstone Parking Group means becoming part of a rewarding and fun work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. We encourage applicants who possess a strong desire to serve others with dignity and respect, who are reliable and possess a high standard of integrity. If you enjoy driving, interacting with people, and take pride in excellence, this position offers a fulfilling and engaging career path within the parking management industry.
