With a steadfast commitment to excellence, PMC prioritizes a guest-first approach, ensuring that their parking services act as an extension of the hospitality experience. By delivering seamless, high-touch service, PMC fosters strong partnerships with clients and ensures that every guest interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive. Their reputation is built on consistently exceeding client expectations through professionalism, reliability, and personalized guest care.
The Valet Attendant role at PMC is critical in maintaining the company’s high standards of customer service, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for all guests. Serving as the first and last point of contact, the Valet Attendant plays a vital role in creating a positive impression by safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles with efficiency and attention to detail. This position requires careful adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures, ensuring not only guest satisfaction but also the security of all vehicles under their care. Valet Attendants must embody the company’s hospitality values by greeting guests warmly, assisting with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, managing traffic flow to avoid congestion, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Employees benefit from a dynamic work environment that balances individual responsibility with a supportive team culture. The role demands physical stamina, a strong guest-service mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Throughout their shift, Valet Attendants engage in performing vehicle inspections to document any existing damage, ensuring transparency and trust with guests. They keep the valet area organized and presentable, contributing to the professional appearance of the company. Additionally, this position requires compliance with all company attendance, timekeeping, and safety policies. Valet Attendants also participate in ongoing training and team meetings, reinforcing their skills and staying current with operational best practices.
With a focus on providing equitable workplace policies, PMC supports pay transparency and complies strictly with all federal, state, and local wage and employment laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employees are classified as non-exempt, making them eligible for overtime pay according to legal standards. PMC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) plans, supplemental insurance options such as life and critical illness insurance, as well as educational support through tuition assistance programs. The company fosters a culture of growth and development, providing internal leadership opportunities and recognizing the value of each team member’s contributions.
Overall, the Valet Attendant position at PMC is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a reputable company that values professionalism, safety, and teamwork.
