The company values each opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of guests by offering support, comfort, and professional service. The role of Shuttle Driver at Towne Park is integral to this mission. This position involves the safe and courteous transportation of guests to and from various destinations such as hotels, hospitals, casinos, and surrounding local areas. The Shuttle Driver must ensure an efficient and friendly service, adhering to all safe driving practices while maintaining the upkeep of the vehicle through regular inspections and logging of activity and maintenance. The role also requires assisting guests with their luggage during arrivals and departures, maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Employees are expected to follow established procedures concerning guest confidentiality and safety guidelines, including compliance with HIPAA requirements and proper handling of specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts.

Towne Park offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 and promotes a work schedule primarily during early morning hours (4 am to 1 pm), suitable for individuals seeking a consistent and impactful position within the hospitality industry. Employee benefits at Towne Park are comprehensive, including medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, along with telemedicine options. There is company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees are also eligible to participate in the company's 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility for benefits may vary based on job classification and length of employment, with some benefits subject to plan terms and conditions.

This position requires a dedicated individual with a valid Commercial Driver's License with a passenger endorsement, capable of safely operating a vehicle that can seat sixteen or more passengers. The Shuttle Driver must possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively and courteously with guests and coworkers alike, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Physical requirements include the ability to assist guests with luggage and wheelchairs, and the role demands substantial time spent outdoors, sometimes in extreme weather conditions. Towne Park supports reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill the essential functions of the job.

The Shuttle Driver role is critical to the smooth operation of Towne Park's guest shuttle services, balancing routine operational duties with the need for attentive, personalized guest service. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a company committed to making a daily difference in people’s lives through hospitality and compassionate care.
