The role of a Livewell Hospital Manager is a unique and exciting opportunity to build, grow, and stabilize a brand-new veterinary hospital from the ground up. As a critical leader within the organization, you will work closely with the Founding Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and regional leadership teams to integrate clinical standards with business objectives. Your role will encompass a wide spectrum of responsibilities—from establishing hospital policies and operational standards to spearheading local marketing initiatives designed to engage and connect with the community.

In this dynamic position, you will recruit and develop a high-performing, cohesive team that exemplifies Livewell's values and standards. You will manage financial aspects including profit and loss (P&L), labor costs, and inventory controls, ensuring the hospital operates efficiently and profitably. Your leadership will also prioritize delivering an exceptional client experience by creating efficient systems that focus on hospitality, responsiveness, and high-quality service standards.
