Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of relevant healthcare or housekeeping experience
- ability to comply with safety and sanitation policies
- capability to handle physical demands of housekeeping tasks
- commitment to maintaining hospital cleanliness and safety standards
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience in healthcare preferred
- 1+ years experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow hospital policies and procedures
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean clinical and non-clinical areas in accordance with departmental and hospital policy
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- handle, store, and dispose of regulated medical waste, hazardous materials, solid waste, and linens appropriately
- maintain uniform and personal appearance standards
- report hazards and unsafe work conditions
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- ensure compliance with infection control standards
