Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in healthcare
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field
- Ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to report hazards and unsafe conditions
- Ability to collaborate with team and leadership
- Ability to adapt and improve cleaning processes
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in healthcare
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field
- Preferred experience at TriStar Centennial Medical Center is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation
- Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times
- Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions
- Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement
- Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided
- Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center
- Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste
