Job Description

Our hospital is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing comprehensive medical services with a commitment to exceptional patient care and community well-being. Known for our state-of-the-art facilities and compassionate staff, we strive to create a welcoming and efficient environment for patients, families, and visitors. Our focus on innovation and patient-centered care places us at the forefront of healthcare excellence, making us a trusted choice in the medical community.

We are currently seeking an Admission Guest Services Associate to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring that patients and visitors receive the highest standard of service from the moment they enter the hospital. The Admission Guest Services Associate will provide a warm, professional first impression, assist with navigating the hospital, and ensure the smooth flow of patient transport within the facility. Working a schedule from Sunday to Tuesday, 9am to 9pm, and Wednesday from 9am to 3pm, this position demands exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will manage visitor inquiries, use hospital management software efficiently, assist with digital check-in systems, and provide personal escort services to enhance patient comfort and safety. Additionally, the associate will conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and security in waiting areas and coordinate with clinical and security staff during emergencies. The role involves physical tasks such as transporting patients and their belongings safely and requires the ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking and addressing unforeseen challenges.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service in a healthcare setting and who enjoy a dynamic and impactful work environment. A commitment to empathy, patience, and professionalism is essential, as is the ability to adapt to different responsibilities including concierge, information desk, and patient escort duties. Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory, reflecting our inclusive approach to serving a diverse community.

Joining our team means becoming part of an institution that values your contribution to patient experiences and fosters continuous growth and learning. We offer a supportive working environment where your skills in problem-solving and decision-making will be highly valued. If you are motivated to play a crucial role in improving the hospital experience for all who enter our doors, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our ongoing mission of healthcare excellence.
