Job Requirements

  • One to two years reception or front office experience in a medical office setting
  • Hospice experience a big plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and have organizational detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and efficient time management skills
  • Basic computer skills including Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and transfer calls
  • Order office supplies
  • Perform data processing work including scanning, typing, filing, mailing
  • Assemble admit packets
  • Prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies and set up audio/video for presentations
  • Conduct wellness calls and communicate with clinicians
  • Perform other duties as assigned
