This role is integral to the manufacturing process, focusing on assembling hydraulic hose assemblies using specialized tools and equipment. Assemblers operate various machinery such as saws, crimpers, pushers, and flushers to accurately couple and form hydraulic hoses across different product lines. Reporting directly to a shift supervisor or team leader, the Hose Assembler collaborates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently. The position is full-time, typically requiring 40 hours per week with additional overtime as needed, working primarily the second shift from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
In this role, employees must demonstrate strong attention to detail to inspect materials, ensure production standards are met, and comply with safety protocols strictly. Effective communication and the ability to follow verbal and written work instructions are essential.
