The role of HOPE Place Front Desk Associate is a vital part of this team. This position involves providing general front desk and administrative support while maintaining positive, compassionate interactions with residents. The Front Desk Associate will serve as an essential point of contact at HOPE Place, managing communication duties such as answering phones and responding to emails, maintaining accurate records, and supporting agency operations through various administrative tasks. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can work independently, as they will often be the only staff member onsite during certain shifts, specifically every other weekend from 3pm to 11pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

HOPE 4 Youth offers competitive wages at $16.00 per hour for this part-time position, alongside valuable benefits like earned sick and safe time, and a retirement plan with a 3% employer match including immediate vesting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality front desk support by answering phones and taking messages
  • check and respond to agency emails each shift to ensure timely communication
  • engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and computer records each shift
  • support agency operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • contribute to a positive team culture by attending meetings, completing trainings, and offering constructive feedback
