Job Duties
- Provide high quality front desk support by answering phones and taking messages
- check and respond to agency emails each shift to ensure timely communication
- engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
- maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and computer records each shift
- support agency operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- contribute to a positive team culture by attending meetings, completing trainings, and offering constructive feedback
